Come Join Mulberry Hill Farm at the Fall Fiber Festival of VA on 10/1 & 10/2/2016

​The Fall Fiber Festival of VA and Sheep Dog trials is back this year in Montpelier Station VA - across from the home of James Madison.  Mulberry Hill Farm will be vending at this beautiful and historic setting Saturday October 1st from 10AM to 5PM, and Sunday October 2nd from 10AM to 4PM.  Come and join us for this great fiber festival, and make sure to take in the sheep dog trials. 

Mulberry Hill Farm will vending in Tent II, Booth 3, offering our farm raised Romney/Border Leicester yarns and our Distlefink Fiber brand of hand-dyed merino yarns, along with other fiber related products.  Come and see the featured "Letterpress" cowl/shawl and yarn kit!  Also making their debut at FFFVA will be our new line of hand carved Fiber Animals.

PA Farm Show Awards: We are pleased to announce that Mulberry Hill Farm was awarded a first, a second, and two thirds in fleece judging at the 2016 PA Farm Show.  We are very proud of our girls!

The Farm

You can find us at top name fiber festivals in the states of Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. 

We offer a range of hand made and hand dyed products:


We have a small, but growing flock, of three Romney, four Romney/Border Leicester Crosses,  and one Karakul sheep.  We raise high quality fleece for hand spinners. 

Sheep

Mulberry Hill Farm is located between Shippensburg and Carlisle PA.  We are repurposing a vintage 1950's motel into a working fiber farm.

How to order the Letterpress yarn kit if you already have the pattern:

Electronic payment:

1.  Send an email to:  coleen@mulberryhillfarm.com requesting the Letterpress hankette yarn kit.  Cost will be $32 for the kit, and shipping will be $7.  Mulberry Hill Farm will invoice the requester and send information on how to make electronic payment through Square or Paypal.  Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail which should take 2-3 days for delivery;
OR,
2.  Send $39 via Paypal to coleen@mulberryhillfarm.com requesting the Letterpress yarn kit in the "notes" section.  Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail which should take 2-3 days for delivery.

Paper check:
Send a written request for the Letterpress kit and a check for $39 via US Mail to:  Distelfink Fiber, C/O Mulberry Hill Farm, 2998 Ritner Highway, Carlisle PA 17015.  Check should be made payable to Mulberry Hill Farm.  Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail which should take 2-3 days for delivery.
